Toasty day …

… and that’s not because it is a warm summery day, it’s another drab day.

We got a new vintage retro toaster and it’s great. Our old toaster was really annoying as we could never get a correct setting for descent brown, it was either too pale or burnt. Also, it only toasted 2 slices at a time, so a new one was required.

Despite our best efforts to buy at our local major electrical store, they could not match the price by a certain online retailer, who offered it for 15 pounds less.

Off to have some toast for lunch.
