Coaches' Race

Too busy to blip yesterday, too tired to write for long today.  The day began with the Sprint Champs at Glenmore, the National Mountaineering Centre and then here at Badaguish.  The junior athletes had several races and then it was the turn of the Coaches (the younger ones!) to show off their navigational and running skills.  Here they are at the mass start, reading their maps to check the location of the first control site.
