Vegetables

Some friends over for dinner and I decided to make a vegetable lasagne.

Something like this.

Went to Earthy at Canonmills to pick up the veg. Everything looked utterly stunning. I wanted to eat it all.

Maybe this my body anticipating BBQ season in which every weekend becomes and exercise in consuming as much meat as possible and nothing else.
