The photo is POG’s answer to save the world… 

Built solar power/wind powered desalination plants all around the world that has a coastline. As we know we have too much sun so there must be plenty of solar energy.

The desalination plants around the world will be using sea water so water levels will be controlled somewhat… The fresh water generated will supply a constant supply for reservoirs for homes and industry. 

With the abundance of water, irrigation can be setup for farming in any country with a coastline thus avoiding famine and supplying farming jobs and the associated supply chains…

Trees can be planted to create new rain forest around the world, the irrigation can be put in place until they become established… These should stabilize the ozone over time…

If we can pump oil & gas in pipes across thousands of miles, we must be able to do the same with water to landlocked countries, so they are sorted as well.

You may think POG has gone crazy but just google Loess Plateau Regeneration in China and Israel Desalination and you will see this is proven technology. We also know the cost of technology is reduced once scaled.

Forget all this ULEZ, electric car, and ground heat pump malarky and concentrate on generating fresh water.
