Hidden in the Grass

The day started with a hospital check-up for my (Chris) eye following the detached retina (three weeks ago). Nothing much to report, progress continues to be made, lots more patience required.

I've avoided jobs like lawn mowing for a few weeks but I couldn't leave the front lawn any longer so it finally got a mow tonight. As I was cutting it, there was a bit of insect activity so I stopped for a photo and to allow some escapes to happen, we think this is a cricket. It was a bit of a noisy image (Tpoaz Denoise to the rescue) and this is massively cropped.
