Washout

Not quite the lie in I wanted this morning, as I started to cough around 6am, so got up early instead.

The weather has been absolutely dreadful today, so it was definitely a day to be inside.  I did the same as yesterday and read lots, listened to TMS although the weather hit the Ashes test as well and watched some Gaelic football.

Got news from one of my young apprentices today that he has bust his MCL in a football match yesterday.  Looks like he's going to be out for a couple of months of football and work, which leaves me with another problem that I didn't need.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A relaxing day of reading and sport
