A New Butterfly

This was the first of eight monarchs we released this afternoon into the wild to start their new lives as butterflies. 
We went to sleep last night with eight chrysalis handing from the top of the tent, to eight beautiful brand new butterflies. 
A totally different creature was born overnight. 
Never ceases to amaze me.
