Number147

Tuesday

A beautiful morning so a longer walk down to Foxhangar Wharf.

Number 147 is on the brickwork that once carried trains over the canal. If you went into the cutting, in the garden, turned right and followed what was once the track, you'd reach this point. But there are missing bridges now so not an easy walk.

It was only when I got home that I noticed the strange name on the narrow boat behind.

The flight was very busy with two boats in every lock bar one. Mostly going up and a few coming down. Plenty of CRT volunteers helping holiday makers navigate.

I bought some inks at Hobbycraft so am going to settle down and try to get creative.
