Wildflowers in The Wood

From top left clockwise, Rowan berries, Meadowsweet, Sowthistle, Viper’s bugloss, Valerian, and Mother of thyme.
Not such an early rise as usual for Maggie and I this morning. She and Geordie slept until almost 7.30. After breakfast Suzy dropped off big sister Hannah for a couple of hours while she had an appointment. So we played Patience again. Hannah is picking it up quickly and Maggie gets to flip the cards over.
Then it was Shell Bay Wood for Geordie and I.
It’s grey and overcast again and the temperature is around 15 degrees.
I was hoping to cut the grass but it’s still far too wet. Gardening jobs are starting to pile up.
