I AM ON A BLIP ROLL

Drive out to Broadstairs today as it looked promising....no rain.
Had a few tasks to do on the way. Parked on the far side of the Bay......OMG... the smell.....there was heavy seaweed that had festered into a algae bacterial menace....it was horrible.... I couldn't believe though that on the other side of the bay people were swimming ......rather them than me.
The authorities should be ashamed of themselves....this should have been sorted before it got to this stage....I nearly threw up !!!
