‘Ey up - to celebrate Yorkshire Day the Bus Pass Walkers did culture - visited Lister Park and Cartwright Hall - espying Diana The Huntress in the grounds

Also saw the world’s first public display of the de Brecy Tondo - a painting believed to be by Raphael - as well as the owner of a wedding dress - made in Lahore - where the wedding was held some 12yrs ago - exhibited in the Asia Gallery - the beads and sequins all hand sewn - was a shock to her sister visiting from Canada to see it on display - memories of the wedding related to us - also saw sculpture of Yorkshire man Sir Titus Salt - mill owner and philanthropist who built Saltaire - now a UNESCO World Heritage Site - and staggered to come across a stag - so retreated back to Bingley to have refreshments
