Winnats warm up

I got away early this morning because there was only a short weather window. I set off to ride before 10:30 from Castleton which wasn’t bad going given I’d caught the Leeds rush hour. It wasn’t the most sensible start to a ride heading up Winnats Pass almost straight from the van but I took it steady. My hip flexor seems to be a nerve issue not a tear and ibuprofen seems to get rid of it. Just don’t want to do too much (or too little though!)

It was a pleasant outing which dropped off on the Chapel-en-le-Frith side before looping straight back over and heading back down Winnats for this photo. 

Back at the van for the start of the rain. Time to stretch and chill.
