BMJnr just had to have it, and he plays it so well too.

We went to the estate agent today to see how the house sale was progressing, the agent phoned the sellers up while we were there, everything is progressing on track and they returned all papers to their solicitor yesterday.
We instructed our surveyor today too, he will be surveying it tomorrow and we will have the report by the weekend, or we better had anyway for the price he's charging.

Can't wait until we have it so we can knock it into shape.
