A frustrating day.

The weather forecast was dire, the barometer said ‘much rain’ so I took all my house plants outside so they could have a good soak. I decided, as it was going to be a wet day, to give the house a good clean before I go away next week. Anyway the rain didn’t materialise, the sun shone and, instead of being inside, I could have been out in the garden. In the end I had to go out and water my house plants. However, I do have a clean house!
