People watching

How come the sun changes everything? The streets were quieter, people were walking, jackets over their arms, in no particular rush on their way to work or where ever they were going.

I was going to work, but I left in plenty of time to take a good detour get some people watching... Why does the sun bring out all the beautiful people? where do they come from the other 364 days a year? Maybe it's just the same people but they're all just that bit happier. Glowing.

The bike is always the best mode of transport to get about, but in the sun it's even better.

A quiet canal, sleepy Bruntsfield, sunny meadows, sun bathed royal mile, deserted bridges, and a downhill finish for leith walk. And still in early.
