Balmy and Cold

Cold start to the day, -2C.  It is now a balmy +8C.  The lake was beautiful and still as I was strolling into town.  Was lucky enough to catch Piano Lady and The Tuner at a local cafe, and I joined them for a cuppa and scone, and a good catch up chat.  On the way back to the car The Boss from Tussock Tales joined me, and we had a good chat, sitting in the sun.  So it has been a lovely social day for me.

I now have an appointment in town, then it will be time to put my feet up.
