Lunch

Rainy again, CyclopsJnr and Grandma spent the morning doing some Lego and ludo. He has been working on the Lego (a train station) since Sunday and it was finished today.

Grandma had been knitting a teddy from some wool that CyclopsJnr bought her at New Lanark, but she had thought CyclopsJnr wouldn't want a teddy. But he did! So Grandma finished it up and CyclopsJnr helped to stuff it and made a medal for it to wear. 

Our train was cancelled which was fine as we knew yesterday but the other trains were less ideal with the connections. We decided that we'd go to Kendal for lunch as this would make the journey easier.

From there - an uneventful journey home (via the Edinburgh Smiggle for browsing). Nice to be reunited with cyclops and the cats.
