Every time I walk over this spot I think that I should report this "temporary" repair, and then I forget about it before I get home. It's been there for months, covering an ugly hole where a manhole lid broke. I even saw a lady with crutches stumble over it last week.

This is a reminder to report it. Fingers crossed it reminds someone to finally get it fixed.
