Here's another flower stem popular with Bees, Butterflies etc although they all made a rapid exit as I approached.  As the flower spike was beginning to look worse for wear at the top caused by the incessant rain, I have concentrated on the mid section, so hope you get the idea. Another reasonable day enabled me to cut the grass as there is no hope of doing that over the weekend!
