A gem!

Rachel, who started our girl’s brigade when her girls were young and still heads up the younger part of it - and all as a volunteer! She clearly loves the girls so much, and does so much, so well, and has done for so long but still assumes everyone else knows better and humbly and quietly leads inconspicuously in the background. She’s up for the first shower of the day in camp and most nights doesn’t go to sleep herself until she knows all the girls are in their tents and quiet and settled - whether she is on duty or not!
