Backpain again

Today is the worst backpain I have had in months where I had been popping pills for most of the day.
It sure has come back with a vengeance which is not good.

I sure hope it doesn't last as I don't want to go through all that again, having a little peace was a blessing hope tomorrow is a better day as I am going to Inverness.
