Standing Up

Great sleep last night, I was so tired.

No meetings in the diary, it was brilliant.

And then the problem from Friday was back on the agenda.  An initial proposal was roundly rejected and caused quite a lot of upset.  I can't have that and stood up for my team and went back with a counter proposal which got accepted.  I was glad to give the good news to my young padawan.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Resolving a problem, once and for all.  I hope.
