THE SUN

I was at my neighbor’s house, watering her plants, when this little vignette caught my eye. A HEAT ADVISORY started while I was there, & I could feel the temperature rise
each minute. The SUN on this vase is a mere suggestion of reality.

My friend, who moved to LA, is coming to visit very shortly. I am hoping she will
take a dip in my neighbor’s pool with me;
or play CANASTA inside my cool (ish) house. It will be great to see her.

I am off to prepare for her arrival….
