Purple Heart

One of the friends that I gifted a bottle opener last week had initially said that it was going into the summer house but she then sent me a picture of it in her Nan's drinks cabinet, something that I know she treasures. High praise indeed so I said I'd make her another one for the summer house and this is it. I offered Lynne a choice of 5 woods and she chose this one, purple heart.

Next project is some pieces for the head and tailstock to allow them to function as a pen press.
