Unknown Plant

Today’s picture is of a plant, which is growing in one of our borders. I have no idea what it is and my identification app does not know either. The gardeners have left it so I am assuming it is not a weed, but if it is it is still very pretty and can stay in the border.
 
The temperature at noon today was fourteen degrees Celsius; there was heavy rain for most of the day.
