Sunday sunflower

Lot's of exercise today.

First was 600+m non-stop in the pool this morning. After ten days without a dip in the pool, I decided that was enough to be getting on with. Back to 1km at a time soon hopefully.

This afternoons exercises were far harder and painful. Spider exercises. This isn't taking a spider for a run. It is learning finger dexterity to play guitar. Lots more practice needed - my old fingers are not as dextrous as they one were.

The main image is again the tallest sunflower. The extra is macro of the centre of the sunflower. It is like a fractal image. The closer you go in, the more it repeats itself. Nature is magic.
