Just Started

The men’s road race at the Cycling World Championships had not long started as they belted through Stockbridge, maybe about 4km done and another 267 to go. A few hours later I watched the finish on the box, pretty impressive stuff from the Dutch winner.
That was the extent of my exercise for the day!
Some more pottering about and then an online catch-up with Mr & Mrs Aestus, good to see them after quite a while.
