tree of prayers

Saw a lot of little ribbons tied to a tree in the churchyard this afternoon, and tied to the trunk was a card full of different coloured ribbons inviting anyone who passed by to tie one to a branch and say a prayer for someone they love. I thought it was a beautiful idea. They looked so pretty fluttering in the breeze too.
