Three Deck Chairs

I took a trip to Watts Gallery today to view an exhibition of stereoscopes (Victorian 3-D photographs) mainly taken from the collection of Sir Brian May, the original lead guitarist of the renown rock band, Queen.  Given the technology of the day the images were fantastic and it was interesting to see Victorian life almost for real.

Afterwards, I strolled up to Limnerslea, which was the 1890s built Arts and Craft house designed for George and Mary Watts, renown artists of the day. They established the nearby Watts Gallery to display his works, unique in the UK as being the only purpose-built art gallery created for this purpose. On the approach to house I spotted lots of "odds" for today's Wide Wednesday challenge, including the 3 deck chairs on the lawn!
