Perfect Barbecue?

So this week the weather has been poifect for a barbecue, and I keep thinking "Ooh, shall we have one?" then I remember our garden looks like this.

WHAT THE HECK, GUYS? Is this some sort of foreign plant species?? Where did it come from??
