Fish Stew

Ethiopian fish and onion stew, tomato and cucumber salad with purple dulse, and shishito peppers.

I used halibut in the stew. I'm finding it interesting to explore Ethiopian flavors. Shishitos are always a favorite (of mine), but sadly no spicy ones tonight. My husband is not as much of a fan... he doesn't like the spice roulette aspect, but he's also not the chili-head that I am.
