A Day To Exchange ‘The Grands’

Not too bad a sleepover last night with the granddaughters…but they were awake around 6 a.m. - note to self….’need to install blackout blinds in the spare room’…

I had a hospital appointment around 10 a.m. - so after dropping me at the door Mrs madwill took the girls off to a playground just around the corner.

We went to Junction32 - Castleford - for lunch, than back home and the girls spent the afternoon running about in the garden.

Mum and Dad arrived around 4 p.m. to collect them but appear to have exchanged the grandkids for the two granddogs - Oreo and Buzz - they are staying with us for a couple of nights..whilst their humans have a weekend ‘adventure’ for youngest’s birthday on Sunday.

Hopefully I can tire the dogs out with long walks.

Fortuitously, this butterfly (looking a little battered) appeared in the garden late this afternoon - so I was able to get my photo for blip.
