Mica Cap

I'm not sure if the the name is correct but the habitat .... growing in clusters on or near rotting hardwood stumps, certainly fits with where I found this clump of ice-lolly shaped fungi. There were plenty more growing round the base of the tree trunk but they were decaying quite quickly.
