Coffee in Stow or Afternoon Swinging?

I found myself in Stow this evening having a very strong coffee and spotted this lovely collection of strangeness.

Stow is kind of quaint and the epitome of The Cotswolds. I always get the feeling that there is probably more to this place than meets the eye.....maybe afternoon swinging???
