Finale

Our last day in West Wales began with a trip to Plwmp Tart (yes that's right!) a cafe by Penbryn Beach and a walk along the sands to the caves (see extra) and back. We then made a return trip to National Trust-owned Llanerchaeron House and Gardens as last time we didn't make it round the house. It's splendid, well worth a visit (see extra). A walk along the river at Aberaeron on the way back to the holiday home too (see extra).

A light lunch and chill time before heading to a country inn at Penllwyndu where the food was great and the locals very friendly. A stop off at Aberporth for an ice cream and stroll along the beach finished the day off nicely.
