Looking over the River Mersey

A 24-acre recreational space called Southern Grasslands has been created as a result of a huge remediation programme, which is laying the foundations for a major new housing scheme at the nearby Festival Gardens development site. 


It's a pity they have spent millions of pounds on this and neglected the original festival garden site...


But it's a nice higher river view at least
