Anti-cough method no. 4 - spicy food.

Apparently spicy food can help break up mucus. Verdict 3/5. Made me cough a lot, not sure it helped that much though.

So far no. 1 (conventional medicine) is holding the top spot at 4/5, closely followed by No. 2 (steam inhalation) although that's a bit of a faff. No. 3 (sweets) seems to only work for as long as you have one in your mouth - and sometimes not even then.

I've got to start feeling better at some point right?!?
