habit forming

A little after 8:30am and about to cycle to nursery with the weeWeir.

Another beautiful morning, which is brilliant. Ended up on the train to work due to scheduled things to do (!). Which was a shame.

Apparently the second day back at work after holiday is the worst. I'm less sure about that as today was *okay*.

Home after cycling all the way with a wee tailwind and the warmth of the sun.

18.3mph average too. Which is a plus.
