Catch her!

I nipped ahead to try and get a photo, only to.have Mike and Matthew chase after me down the hill :)

Here we are near Offa's Dyke going the long way round via the old railway tunnel on the Wye Valley Greenway to see the Devil's Pulpit. Brilliant walk, about 8.5 or 9 miles on a variety of different terrains (some a bit too prickly) and with a lot more up/down than my legs are used to.

Great practice for Wales next week and good company.
