Bird on the wing

Fog had obscured the backdrop which has no saving grace and detracts from the tree. The bird I was shooting through the back fence of the garden took off, although I have another of it on its perch in the tree.

I got pretty well obsessed playing about with the treatment of the photo.

The idea took my imagination. It's my mood it does say something about.
