Sounds

A sunny, breezy morning, cloudy this afternoon, no rain.

An early start, K called for me at 7.30am to go to the hospital for my MRI scan. Fortunately went straight in at 8 and back out at 8.30, scan with contrast completed. We decided to drive along the seafront and treat ourselves to breakfast, nice not to have to cook it or wash up! We then went for a walk along the beach, through the park and back to the car.
This afternoon we went to a garden centre. 
The blip I took when we walked this morning, I didn't know what the theme was but this fits it as the waves were crashing and shingle making a noise too
