Canvassing the sun

Hello!

A gorgeous day today, the sun was up bright (well, it's its nature, it can't help it I guess!) and early (6 June, Northern Hemisphere, this is again in the nature of things) and turning our living room pink.

I came down the stairs and had to photograph it. The living room being of no interest to anybody but us, I dispense you with it and concentrate on the source of its morning colouring.

Oh, and by the way, if we did canvass the sun, what would it say of our little lives?
