Mae'r pwll mawr wedi bod yn gollwng tan mae'n wag. Nawr llawer o blanhigion daear yn tyfu yng ngwaelod y pwll. Cyn i ni atgyweirio'r pwll, mae rhaid i ni dynnu holl y planhigion daear, oherwydd bydden nhw'n pydru yn y pwll.  Ar ddiwedd y prynhawn roeddwn ni wedi bod llwyddiannus yn ein gwaith a nawr mae dim ond planhigion dŵr yn y pwll (ond dim dŵr eto).

As you might expect, a Buddhist retreat includes meditation, chanting, physical yoga, dance, etc. In Drala Jong there is also a lot of maintenance. The big pond has been leaking until it is empty. Now many ground plants grow in the bottom of the pond. Before we repair the pond, we have to remove all the ground plants, because they would rot in the pond. At the end of the afternoon we had been successful in our work and now there are only water plants in the pond (but no water yet).
