Elf'n'safety

I was surprised to see this when I emerged for breakfast this morning (surprised by the legs and the paint pot, not the poster - I knew about that already!). There is very little between that gentleman and a 30 foot drop onto concrete. I'm not sure painting and decorating is supposed to be that dangerous.
