Sri Dasmesh

I have photographed this band a number of times -  a Malaysian Sikh Pipe Band.

I set of today specifically to catch them, but sadly heavy rain gave us a problem.  There is no way they would march through the streets of Glasgow getting these uniforms soaked so close to the World Championships.   I believe the rain can also do a lot of damage to the drums. 

Fortunately I still got a few pictures.  I particularly like the first Extra of a girl drummer in profile against a Celtic Connections poster.
