Boy and Beach Art

The week didn't get off to the easiest start. I found myself too tight for time, and unexpected phone calls to deal with, so it felt somewhat rushed and stressed. 

However, I'm grateful that I had time (albeit interrupted) to have coffee with a good friend, as well as picking up my new sunglasses and attending a couple of appointments. 

By the end of the day, all had been done that needed to be done, so I headed to the beach to restore my sense of calm and well-being. I rather liked this intricate pattern on the sand that the sea was gradually reclaiming.
