Flowers and friends

A day filled with jolts of sadness, lots of online messages, and IRL tea, talk and support from friends.  Thank you everyone.

A puzzling pile of pigeon feathers, but no corpse, was solved when Ben saw a sparrow hawk on the fence.  The large yew tree in our garden is a favourite of the pigeons and houses a lot of them.  Sadly I wasn't quick enough with my camera to capture any action.
