Osprey and Cedar Waxwing (Extra Photo)

With this heat wave the birds all seem to be hiding.  I went out for an early walk and did have fun watching an Osprey family (Extra Photo).  One adult was hunting (main shot) and the other was in the nest with the little ones.  I also saw one Cedar Waxwing in the (Extra Photos).  This sun is so bright and temperature is so hot that the wildlife is scarce right now.  

I'm posting early, husband should be home soon.  He has been with his dad in Southern Oregon for the last week.
