Corn Cakes

Corn cakes with tomato, and bean salad.

This was decent. The bean salad is not the best I've made (I used Alubia Blancas and they came out pasty).

I was unsure if I would feel up to cooking today. Last night I started to feel like I might be coming down with something. Over night I was certain I had some manner of cold. An at-home test confirmed this morning that, after avoiding of for over three and a half years, I finally have covid. So far my symptoms are pretty mild, but I am bound to the house which already had me a bit stir crazy.
