Coprinaceae

I have never seen one of those before till today. I was coming home from work and spotted this odd looking mushroom. 

Got home looked up online and it's known as Coprinaceae mushroom also known as Inky Cap and something else cannot remember the name. Very rare find as far as I am concerned.
